The purpose of this project is to evaluate the performance of revenue and covered lives over the year. We set specific targets in each domain and then assessed the actual performance against these targets. For both revenue and covered lives, there are predefined targets for overall performance, as well as for new bookings and renewals. The variance is calculated by subtracting the target value from the actual value for each metric.
